  • Doors and registration opens at 9:30 AM daily

    Programming ends at 5:00 PM daily

  • Scan the QR code on your badge to view the full agenda here.

  • To reduce paper use and environmental impact, printed materials are reserved for session activities and interactive use. 

  • Please head to the Registration Desk at the entrance to the Gatineau Salon

  • 10 minutes before your scheduled presentation starts, wait to the left of the stage or wait at your reserved seating near the stage.

    You will be introduced and a microphone will be handed to you at the stage.

  • Located outside the Gatineau Salon, 2nd door on the left when exiting the Gatineau Salon

    Please check posted signage before entering, as the room may be used for filming or a private session

    Afternoon refreshments served around 3:00 to 4:00 PM each day

    But there are plenty of great restaurants nearby!

  • When you exit the main room, the Gatineau Salon, it is left and down the hallway.

    Event staff can also point you in the right direction or follow the signs.

  • There are coat racks in the Gatineau Salon which it is unattended and use is on a first come, first served basis. Rogers Centre and the event host will not be held responsible for any lost items.
