  • Doors and registration opens at 10:00 AM daily

    Programming ends at 5:00 PM daily

  • Scan the QR code on your badge to view the full agenda here.

  • To reduce paper use and environmental impact, printed materials are reserved for session activities and interactive use. 

  • Please head to the Registration Desk at the entrance to the Gatineau Salon

  • When you exit the main room (Gatineau Salon) make a left and it is and down the hallway on the right.

    Event staff can also point you in the right direction or follow the signs.

  • If you have a slideshow or video: 15 minutes before your scheduled presentation time, please visit the AV/Tech Booth at the back of the Gatineau Salon to confirm your slideshow with the technician.

    Next, wait to the left of the stage until your presentation starts, or wait at your reserved seating near the stage. A microphone will be handed to you at the stage.

    Afternoon refreshments served around 3:00 to 4:00 PM each day

  • No general dinner service is not provided

    But there are plenty of great restaurants nearby!

  • There are coat racks in the Gatineau Salon which it is unattended and use is on a first come, first served basis. Rogers Centre and the event host will not be held responsible for any lost items.
