Partner Participation
& Event Format
-
We have intentionally designed the ISET Gathering to dismantle the traditional hierarchies often found at conferences. Our goal is to ensure that partners, speakers, presenters, attendees, and leadership interact on a level playing field.
In a standard trade show format, physical booths can create barriers—encouraging transactional exchanges of materials rather than authentic connection. By removing these barriers, we focus on placing relationships and partnership first. Every partner present has been selected because their mission is integral to the event's purpose. We want you to be an active participant in the dialogue, ensuring your voice is heard through engagement rather than just presence.
-
To keep your hands free for shaking hands (or maybe you're a hugger) and meaningful conversation, we have streamlined the distribution of materials. All partner handouts and promotional items will be pre-packed into the Welcome Totes provided to every attendee upon their arrival on Friday morning.
This ensures 100% visibility for your materials without the need to staff a station. When you are networking with guests, you can simply reference the information or swag items already in their possession, allowing the conversation to focus on substance rather than distribution.

The main plenary room is designed to reflect the values of equality and shared wisdom. Rather than theatre-style rows, the room is arranged with round tables, each seating 10 people.
You will be seated within these circles alongside guests for the duration of the day, unless you are at a reserved seat. This circular format is symbolic and purposeful: in the circle, there is no head of the table, and every person is equal. It creates an environment conducive to sharing, deep listening, and building genuine community connections.
-
While the main room is dedicated to communal learning, we understand the need for deeper, private discussions. We have reserved designated breakout spaces adjacent to the main conference hall both Friday and Saturday - The Wellness Room and The Community Room.
These rooms are available for you to step away with attendees for focused one-on-one conversations, specific inquiries, or detailed partnership meetings. The Community Room may be booked for a private session or filming, so please check the signage before entering. We also set up the conference so that the evenings after 5:00pm are free for dinners and evening activities.
